Ellis Jaz is a knitwear designer based in London. Her work operates in the intersection of craft, design and erotica. Ellis makes clothing that deconstructs the composition of the body. Incorporating high stretch knits with glossy, delicate detailing. She is influenced by and undying love of, and fascination with, femme erotica. Working amongst representations of feminine identity and desire.

Each piece of knitwear is made by Ellis herself on vintage manual knitting machines. The works are labours of love and obsession.

After graduating from the Royal College of Art with an MA in Fashion Knitwear, Ellis founded her eponymous label in 2020.
